How to Completely Uninstall EasyReader for Windows and Remove All User Data

Uninstalling EasyReader for Windows through the standard Windows Apps & Features menu removes the main application, but it does not delete downloaded books, cached data, or user‑specific settings. This article explains how to fully remove EasyReader and all related files from your computer.
Complete Uninstall Instructions
1. Uninstall EasyReader from Windows

Open Windows Settings.

Go to Apps → Installed Apps (or Apps & Features, depending on your Windows version).

Find Dolphin EasyReader in the list.

Select Uninstall and follow the prompts.
2. Remove remaining program data
After uninstalling, several folders remain on your system. These contain downloaded books, logs, and user preferences.
2.1 Delete ProgramData folder

Open File Explorer.

Navigate to:
C:\ProgramData\Dolphin\Dolphin EasyReader -
Delete all files and subfolders inside this directory.
Note: ProgramData is a hidden folder. You may need to enable “Show hidden files” in File Explorer.
2.2 Delete AppData folder

In File Explorer, navigate to:
%APPDATA%\dolphin\Dolphin EasyReader -
Delete all files and subfolders.
This folder contains user settings, cached data, and configuration files.
3. Remove legacy EasyReader folders (older versions only)
If you previously used older versions of EasyReader, additional folders may exist.

Navigate to your Documents folder:
%USERPROFILE%\Documents -
If you see a folder named like the one below remove this one as it contains older book downloads and legacy configuration files:

4. Finished
Once all folders have been removed, EasyReader and all associated user data are fully deleted from your computer. You can now reinstall EasyReader cleanly or leave it uninstalled.
