GuideConnect Encountered a problem and was unable to save the document.
We have seen some cases where certain Antivirus software may cause this to happen, including Avast and AVG. If you do encounter this problem, please add an exception into your antivirus software for GuideConnect. The program executable can be found in:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Dolphin\GuideConnect\Guide.exe
For information on how to do this, please consult the help or website support section from your antivirus software provider.
sage is displayed when you attempt to save any document in GuideConnect. And it is not possible to save any documents.
