GuideConnect reports that my computer requires updating before it can install the latest update

When trying to install or update GuideConnect you may receive a message that your computer needs updating.

To enable you to install the latest version of GuideConnect you must be running a supported build of Windows.  If during installation or upgrade an out of date version of Windows is detected you will be informed.  Please install all available updates to Windows before attempting to install GuideConnect again.
