Providing Offline Help Resources for SuperNova in Restricted or Air‑Gapped Environments

Accessing SuperNova Help Files When Online Help Is Disabled

Some organisations running SuperNova in highly restricted or fully air‑gapped environments disable access to the online Dolphin Help System using the Enterprise Configuration Tool. In these scenarios, users may still require access to product documentation, guidance, and support materials without an internet connection.

To support these environments, Dolphin provides downloadable offline versions of the SuperNova Help System. These files can be distributed internally and accessed locally by end users, ensuring they always have the information they need—even when online help is unavailable.

Offline Help Resources

The following offline help packages are available for deployment in restricted environments:

  • Offline Help PDF — A complete PDF export of the in‑product help content, suitable for viewing on any device with a PDF reader.

  • Offline Help DOCX — A DOCX version of the help system, ideal for organisations that prefer editable or searchable documentation formats.

How to Use These Resources

  • Distribute internally via your organisation’s secure file‑sharing or documentation platform.

  • Store locally on user machines or shared network drives.

  • Provide as part of onboarding for new users who will not have access to online help.

  • Reference in training materials to ensure consistency across your environment.
