      How do I find my Serial Number in GuideConnect?

      Due to updates in Dolphin's support SLAs, providing your serial number might be necessary for us to assist you effectively.

      Your serial number can be located within GuideConnect by following the steps below:
      1. From the main menu navigate to and select Tools.
      2. Navigate to and select About.
      3. In this section there should be an option called "GuideConnect Serial Number". This will display your full serial number. 
      If you are unable to make note or remember the full serial number then the last 6 digits of the serial number will be enough to identify your licence.
