SuperNova/ScreenReader Startup Error - "Can't open the language file! SuperNova not loaded."

The above error is displayed after updating to 24.01 with a previous version installed on the device.

This issue was introduced with the implementation of our new installers with the 24.01 SuperNova update. To address this please try the steps below:

  1. Open C:\ProgramData\Dolphin
    NB: You may need to enable the option 'show hidden items'
  2. Copy the contents of new data folder <product edition>2401
  3. Paste the contents into the previous SuperNova/ScreenReader data folder. The previous data folder should be labelled <Product edition>XXXX where X denotes the product version. For example SnovaSuite2204.
