Some users have reported encountering Magnification error code 7 while running SuperNova on Windows 11 24H2.
This issue affects Intel, AMD and NIVDIA GPUs and appears to have been introduced as a result of a Windows update.
Dolphin are currently investigating this issue, if you are experiencing Magnification Error code 7 on 24H2, please try either of the below workarounds:
1. Switch to SuperNova's Alternative Magnification engine via the Enterprise control panel
Go to SuperNova's program folder, e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\Dolphin\SnovaSuite2303, and run the program enterpriseconfig.exe, and in it's Magnification tab enable the "Use Alternative magnification system" and then quit and restart SuperNova.
2. Rollback your GPU drivers
- Open Device Manager
- Double-click on Display Adapters
- Double-click on your GPU
- Select the Driver tab
- Click Roll Back Driver
