Intermittent Loss of My Books Content in EasyReader
Overview
Some EasyReader users have reported that their My Books library appears empty or that previously downloaded titles seem to disappear intermittently. This issue does not affect all users, but for those impacted, it can occur without warning and may repeat over time.
Current Status
Our team is actively investigating the cause of this behaviour. At present, the issue has not been fully reproduced internally, so user reports are extremely valuable in helping us identify the underlying problem.
