The new Dolphin Installer downloads the latest components at the time of installation, it requires an internet connection to retrieve files.
An offline installer is available to allow users to download a SuperNova or Dolphin ScreenReader package on a device with an internet connection to be transferred and installed on a device that does not have an internet connection.

After running the offline installer follow the steps to retrieve all files required. These files can be transferred to an offline device and the "Setup.exe" in the package to install all files.
