Poor Video Playback Performance in Web Browsers While SuperNova is Running
Some users have reported video playback lag or poor performance in web browsers while SuperNova is running.
If you notice video lag or poor playback performance in any web browser while SuperNova is running, the issue may have appeared following a recent Windows update.
To resolve video playback and performance issues with SuperNova or Dolphin ScreenReader, please follow these steps:
- Update your software to version 24.06.
- Ensure 'Best performance' is selected in the Magnification engine settings. Magnification Engine settings can be found in general > advance settings > magnification engine settings. Alternatively you can also edit this using the SuperNova Enterprise Config Tool.You can find the EnterpriseConfig.exe tool in your SuperNova or Dolphin ScreenReader installation directory.
