When you open an email in GuideConnect, the contents of a different email is unexpectedly displayed.
This was an issue in earlier versions of GuideConnect when the user has added some items to their "Blocked Senders” list.
The issue has been fixed in the latest version of GuideConnect.
If you have a relevant Upgrade Agreement you will be able to update automatically by checking for updates within tools or by downloading the latest version from our downloads page.
