Microsoft Word Becomes Unresponsive When Accessing Comments with Dolphin SuperNova/ScreenReader 24

Issue identified with SuperNova/ScreenReader with comments in Microsoft Word – fix planned for upcoming update

We are aware of an issue affecting users of Dolphin SuperNova and Dolphin ScreenReader where Microsoft Word becomes unresponsive when attempting to access or navigate comments within a document. This behavior has been successfully replicated in controlled test environments and appears to be linked to how SuperNova/ScreenReader interacts with Word’s comment pane.

Our development team is actively investigating the root cause and is working to implement a fix, which is expected to be included in the next scheduled update.
