Poor Video Playback Performance in Web Browsers While SuperNova is Running
Some users have reported video playback lag or poor performance in web browsers while SuperNova is running.
If you notice video lag or poor playback performance in any web browser while SuperNova is running, the issue may have appeared following a recent Windows update.
To resolve video playback and performance issues with SuperNova or Dolphin ScreenReader, please follow these steps:

Update your software to version 24.05.

Copy the appropriate file for your SuperNova or ScreenReader variant into the installation directory, default installation directory below:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Dolphin\[Your SuperNova / ScreenReader variant + version]

If you still experience performance issues after trying the above; make sure that “Best Performance” is selected in the SuperNova Enterprise Config tool, and that Windows is also configured for best performance.
You can find the EnterpriseConfig.exe tool in your SuperNova or Dolphin ScreenReader installation directory.
