Adding email addresses to the Blocked Senders list does not work.

After adding a sender’s email address to the Blocked Senders list, emails continue to arrive from those blocked.

This may occur if for some reason the Blocked Senders” email folder has been removed from the system. To work around this:

  1. Open “GuideConnect”
  2. Choose “Email
  3. Choose “Folders
  4. Press F2 to open the “Actions” menu
  5. Choose “Add New Folder
  6. Name the folder “Blocked Senders”.


The issue is now resolved.
