The above message is shown every time you plug in a Dolphin Pen, and the software fails to load
This may occur if the pen hardware has become corrupt. Due to Dolphin USB's being retired in January 2025 we are unable to replace your corrupted USB.
To address this issue, you will need to convert your current license to a standard install version at no additional cost. You are entitled to an unlock code, which you can use to install SuperNova on three devices you own.
Please contact the sales team or your local Dolphin Dealer to organize conversion of your license.
