      With Dolphin ScreenReader and SuperNova Magnifier & ScreenReader the speech stops responding while typing sentences in Microsoft Word or Outlook

      Disabling Braille tracking in your Dolphin Product can affect text announcement when typing in Word and Outlook

      This issue has been identified as a bug in SuperNova Magnifier & ScreenReader and Dolphin ScreenReader versions 23.02 and 23.03.

      The temporary workaround for this issue is to enable braille tracking in your Dolphin Software.  To enable Braille tracking carry out the following:

      1. Open the Dolphin Product Control Panel (LEFT CONTROL + SPACE BAR).
      2. Open the Braille Menu (ALT + B).
      3. Choose Layout (L).
      4. Enable Braille Tracking (T).

      A fix for this issue will be delivered in a future release of the Dolphin products.
