Mouse:
Please ensure that the mouse is charged and batteries are present in the mouse before setup.
Connection Method 1: RF
- Remove the mouse from the packaging remove the top cover.
- Retrieve the mouse dongle from the storage slot and re-attach the top cover.
- Plug the dongle into the device.
- On the underside of the mouse select the power switch to the on position and select the mode to RF.
- On the computer navigate to the Bluetooth & Devices settings and ensure the mouse is added as a device. If the device is not present select add device and follow the prompts.
Connection Method 2: Bluetooth
- Remove the mouse from the packaging and turn it on with the power switch on the underside of the mouse.
- The LEDs should light up on the underside, select the mode button till the LED is illuminated over BT 1.0 or BT 2.0. These are the respective Bluetooth modes
- Hold the mode key until the light on the respective mode starts flashing
- On the computer navigate to the Bluetooth & Devices settings and select add device and then Bluetooth. You should be able to select the device from the list now.
Keyboard:
Please ensure that the keyboard is charged and/or batteries are present in the keyboard before startup.
- Turn your keyboard on using the on switch in the top right corner of the keyboard.
- Using the Keyboard press and hold the hotkey FN + NUMBER 2 for 5 seconds until the flashing pairing light appears. 1,2 and 3 on the keyboard being Bluetooth frequencies respectively. Your device will use one of these frequency bands, if the keyboard does not appear on the device on one frequency perform the same hotkey with the NUMBER 3 or 1.
- Open Bluetooth & Devices settings on the computer.
- Select Add Device > Bluetooth and then select your keyboard from the list.
Troubleshooting:
If you have followed the steps above are are still unable to connect the keyboard and mouse there are a few steps that can be taken.
- Check the device is charged and when the power is turned on the light emits from the power indicator. If you are having issues charging the devices try using a different cable or plug socket.
- Check the device has Bluetooth turned on within the computer. This can be checked in the Bluetooth & Devices section in settings there is a slider to turn Bluetooth on/off for the device.
- Check for any Windows updates and driver updates regarding Bluetooth within the Windows settings.
