How do I deploy my SuperNova Enterprise license with an MSI package?

If you have purchased a SuperNova Enterprise license this can be deployed as a simple ini file or registry key with an MSI package.

Using this method with anything other than a SuperNova Enterprise license will only serialize the software, and each device will still need to be activated.

Deploy the license via a registry key

To deploy your license via a registry key using the SuperNova Enterprise Configuration Utility:

Install SuperNova to a device.
Launch the SuperNova Enterprise Configuration Utility (enterpriseconfig.exe found in the SuperNova or Dolphin ScreenReader installation directory by default "C:\Program Files (x86)\Dolphin\<Product name and version>).
Choose the "Licencing" tab.
Enter the 25 digit network code into the "Unlock code" edit area.
Choose the "Diagnostics" tab.
Choose "Export Settings".
Select a location for the registry key and deploy this .reg file to the devices to license the software.

Deploy the license as an INI file

To deploy your license create an ini file called "authorise.ini".

In the ini file add the following information:

[registration-<Product installation path>]
<SERIAL NUMBER>=2<UNLOCK CODE>

PLEASE NOTE: you must place a 2 digit before entering the unlock code for the authorise.ini to work.

For example:

[registration-C:\Program Files (x86)\Dolphin\SnovaSuite2204]
044UEAM01123456=200000-00000-00000-00000-00000

Once created copy the correctly filled in authorise.ini file into the folder C:\ProgramData\Dolphin as part of the deployment to the device.
