A Black Screen appears when opening a web-page in the websites module of Guide Connect.
When using Guide Connect, some users may encounter an issue where the entire webpage appears black when opening websites within the Websites module. This issue can hinder the user's ability to browse the internet effectively.
We have logged this issue as a bug and Dolphin are investigating. We have identified a workaround for this issue by changing the display mode. Instructions can be found on how to do this below:
1. Using the Keyboard Shortcut:
- Press Ctrl + T on your keyboard. This will toggle the display mode of Websites.
- Check if the website now displays correctly.
2. Changing the Display Mode Manually:
- Open Guide Connect and navigate to Settings.
- Select Websites from the settings menu.
- Choose Display mode.
- Change the display mode to 'Original' option.
- Check if the website now displays correctly.
