How to add attachments to emails in Guide Connect.

This article will list how to add and remove attachments from Emails in the Guide Connect email module.

To add attachments to an email.

1. Open the email you wish to add attachments to.

2. Select the Actions Menu with F2.

3. Navigate down the options with the ARROW KEYS and select 'Add or view attachments'.

4. Select the Actions Menu with F2.

5. Select Add attachment.

6. Use the ARROW KEYS to navigate to your chosen attachment and select it to be added to the email.

7. Press the escape key to exit back to the email body.

 

To remove attachments to an email.

1. Open the email you wish to remove attachments to.

2. Select the Actions Menu with F2.

3. Navigate down the options with the ARROW KEYS and select "Add or view attachments'.

4. Find the attachment you wish to remove from the email using the ARROW KEYS.

5. Select the Actions Menu with F2.

6. Select Remove attachment.
