GuideConnect is displaying "Bookshelf has encountered an unrecoverable error. Please select OK to restart your GuideConnect." on start up

We believe that a connection issue to the Bookshelf servers can result in the Bookshelf module failing to start which will in turn prevent GuideConnect from loading.

Our developers and test team have investigated the root cause of this issue and implemented a solution in the latest version of GuideConnect.

If you have a relevant Upgrade Agreement you will be able to update automatically by checking for updates within tools or by downloading the latest version from our downloads page.
