This article describes the steps needed to apply individual colour schemes to different monitors simultaneously when using a multi-monitor setup.
Applying individual colour schemes to different monitors in a multi-monitor setup is a quick and easy process. To do this, a setting must first be enabled with the following steps:
- Press CTRL + SPACEBAR to select the SuperNova Control Panel.
- Press Alt + V to choose the 'Visual' menu.
- Press U to choose 'Multiple Monitors...'.
- In the 'Display Mode for Extended Desktop' group, enable the checkbox for 'Allow different colour settings on each monitor'
- Press 'Enter' to choose 'OK'
Once the above setting has been enabled, you can enable your colour schemes individually with the following steps:
1. On the first monitor you wish to apply a colour scheme to, click anywhere on the monitor, or select an application present on the monitor and press CTRL + NUMPAD 0
2. Choose a secondary colour scheme with the following steps:
2a. Press CTRL + SPACEBAR to select the SuperNova Control Panel
2b. Press O to choose 'Colour Schemes'
2c. Choose a different colour scheme from the list
3. On the second monitor you wish to apply a colour scheme to, click anywhere on the monitor, or select an application present on the monitor and press CTRL + NUMPAD 0
Both monitors should now be displaying differing colour schemes!
