There is a known issue that is fixed in EasyReader 10.01 for Windows.
This issue has been fixed in the most recent update for EasyReader, 10.01. If you're facing this issue, please update EasyReader for Windows to 10.01. You can do this by navigating to the side menu on EasyReader, selecting the "Settings" option, then choosing "Check for updates".
Other EasyReader platforms are not affected by this issue.
