I cannot log into my EasyReader student account

This article will tell you how to log back into EasyReader through one of the various log in methods.

If a student is not able to log into their Dolphin Account inside our free EasyReader app due to a forgotten or incorrect password, then the user can reset their password by tapping the “Forgot password?” option directly underneath the Password entry field on the Dolphin Account login screen inside our free EasyReader app. That should generate an automatic e-mail containing a password reset link that’s sent directly to the student’s registered Dolphin Account e-mail address.

Please note that many school districts automatically block incoming e-mails to students that originate from outside of the school district. This means that students within those school will not be able to receive Dolphin Account password reset links or verify the e-mail address of their Dolphin Account. If this is the case in your school district, you either need to sign up students using the app’s “Sign in with Google” option, if your school uses Google/Google Classroom accounts, or else sign them in using the “Sign in with Apple ID” option (if they have an Apple ID), or else consider subscribing to the EasyReader Premium service where you can create and administer your own student accounts yourselves, change and reset passwords etc. If you’re interested in this solution then please read the following article:

In addition, if the account holder is a child, then when signing up to use our free EasyReader app, the child’s parent/guardian/caregiver will also need to approve the child’s account using the link contained in an e-mail that’s automatically sent to the parent/guardian/caretaker e-mail address supplied during the sign up process. This is because in many parts of the world it’s the law that you have to obtain verifiable parental consent before any collection, use, and/or disclosure of personal information from children. I believe in the US this is governed by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and in the European Union this is part of the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation laws.
