GuideConnect announces "Loading Please Wait" continuously when trying to open an email

If the WebView2 component has failed to install or is out of date you may experience an issue whereby GuideConnect will announce "Loading Please Wait" when you attempt to read a HTML email

To resolve this issue please carry out the following suggestions:

  1. Ensure that your internet connection is working, if the connection is not working the WebView2 component will be unable to update itself to the latest version.
  2. Reinstall the latest version of GuideConnect that you are entitled to:
  3. Manually install the WebView2 component:
    For 32 bit version of Windows:

    For 64 bit version of Windows:
