If the WebView2 component has failed to install or is out of date you may experience an issue whereby GuideConnect will announce "Loading Please Wait" when you attempt to read a HTML email
To resolve this issue please carry out the following suggestions:
- Ensure that your internet connection is working, if the connection is not working the WebView2 component will be unable to update itself to the latest version.
- Reinstall the latest version of GuideConnect that you are entitled to:
- Manually install the WebView2 component:
