SuperNova or Dolphin ScreenReader no longer speaks on the Windows lock screen after recovering from Standby

Speech output is absent on the lock screen until the machine is unlocked when the machine has been in standby.

When a Windows 11 device with the latest updates locks and goes into standby you may find that the SuperNova speech output is not functioning when recovering from Standby. Users may need to unlock the machine to restore speech functionality.
