No magnification after logging into Windows through Citrix XenApp after the session has been locked.

After you lock your session then attempt to log back in and use SuperNova, there is no magnification or colour schemes available.

This was a known issue on Windows Server 2016 and Citrix XenApp 7.15. The issue was fixed in SuperNova version 19. Please test a free 30-day trial of the latest SuperNova version to confirm the issue is fixed before upgrading.
