The Dolphin Remote uses a USB dongle to connect to a device, these must be paired to each other to prevent conflict with other devices.
To pair the Dolphin Remote with the USB receiver you need to:
1. Plug the USB receiver into the device (laptop, desktop, tablet or pod) running GuideConnect.
2. On the Dolphin Remote hold down the VOLUME DOWN and the MAGNIFICATION DOWN buttons for 5 seconds.
3. Release the buttons and after a few seconds the connection should be established.
