Following an update to GuideConnect the software is no longer loading

GuideConnect 1.20 users that are using an old POP email service may experience an issue loading and using their software.

This issue has been resolved in the latest release of GuideConnect, please install the update if you are experiencing the fault described.

If you have a relevant Upgrade Agreement you will be able to update automatically by checking for updates within tools or by downloading the latest version from our downloads page.

If you would rather fix the issue in GuideConnect 1.20 please carry out the following:

Download the updated EmailModule.dll file found in the zip file at the following address: https://downloads.yourdolphin.com/downloads/temp/emailmodule.zip

Once you have downloaded the zip file extract the "EmailModule.dll" and copy this file to the GuideConnect program folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Dolphin\GuideConnect), when prompted to replace the existing file select "Yes".

Now launch GuideConnect to test.
