I am unable to access books from RNIB Reading Services with my EasyReader Apps

Updates to the RNIB library backend have caused issues for third party devices and software accessing content.

EasyReader App users need to logout from the RNIB library and then log back in to get access to RNIB Reading Services.

If you are prompted with an error message when signing into the RNIB Reading Services library with the correct account details, please try logging in to your RNIB Reading services in the browser that EasyReader redirects you to when attempting to connect to your RNIB Reading Services account using the following link: https://readingservices.rnib.org.uk/Account/Login


After you have signed into your RNIB Reading Services account in the web browser, then try logging in through the EasyReader App.
