A fault occurred to the file that stores characters in specific languages after updating to 22.04 called "sts.ini"
The issue has been fixed in the latest version of SuperNova.
If you have a relevant Software maintenance agreement you will be able to update automatically by checking for updates in-app or by downloading the latest version from our downloads page.
If you are unable to update we recommend the following workaround as an alternative:
1. Download the working file here, https://downloads.yourdolphin.com/downloads/sam/sts.zip.
2. Extract the file and transfer it to your desktop for easy access later.
3. Once it is on your desktop open File Explorer and navigate to the file pathway, C:\Program Files (x86)\Dolphin\Sam\samsapi5.
4. Drag and drop the file downloaded called sts.ini into the pathway.
5. You will be asked to replace or skip the files names "sts.ini". Press "Replace the file in the destination".
This should update the file to the correct version and resolve characters being spoken incorrectly. If the issue persists after following the steps above please email support@yourdolphin.com.
