      Scrolling down emails using the mouse wheel in Microsoft Outlook results in message content repeatedly jumping back to the top.

      When you try to scroll down an email n Outlook by using the mouse wheel, often the contents of the email jumps back to the top of the message and you are unable to scroll further down.

      This issue has been resolved in SuperNova version 22.04 and later.

      If you are still using an older version of SuperNova you can work around this issue in the by using one or more of the following methods:

      • Use the scroll bar on the email message window to scroll the email, rather than using the mouse wheel.
      • Use the PAGE DOWN or DOWN ARROW keys on the keyboard to scroll the email, rather than using the mouse wheel.
      • Ensure the email window is fully maximised.
