We are aware of an issue that is causing Excel spreadsheets to open blank while SuperNova / Dolphin ScreenReader is running
Current Workaround
If you are experiencing this issue, we have found that opening a blank Excel spreadsheet and then going to 'File' -> 'Open' and then selecting the spreadsheet that you want to open, results in the spreadsheet opening and displaying correctly.
Alternatively, we have seen instances where disabling Excel's 'Live Preview' resolves the issue.
You can disable Excel's 'Live preview' feature by going to: 'File' -> 'Options' -> 'User Interface options' -> uncheck 'Enable Live Preview'
We are currently unable to replicate this issue in any of our test environments
We have had multiple reports of this happening on various Excel versions and builds, but have been unable to replicate it in any of our in-office test environments.
