The above error message is displayed and SuperNova fails to start.
This may happen if for some reason one of the Dolphin services is not running. You can start the service manually.
To do this:
1. Press WINDOWS KEY + R. The "Run..." dialog box opens.
2. Type "services.msc" (without quotes) then press the OK button.
3. From the list of services, open the item called "Dolphin CBar Service 2".
4. Change the "Start-up Type" to "Automatic" and press the button labelled "Start".
SuperNova should now start normally.
