A recent Microsoft office update has affected the accessibility of Word 2016, 2019, 2021 and 365 when used with SuperNova and Dolphin ScreenReader. A map file update is required to resolve the issues
To obtain and import the map file containing this fix automatically, please do the following:
SuperNova and ScreenReader 22.x and 21.x
- Press CTRL + SPACEBAR to open the SuperNova Control Panel.
- Press Alt + G to open the "General" menu.
- Choose "Check for Updates...".
SuperNova and ScreenReader 20.x
- Press CTRL + SPACEBAR to open the SuperNova Control Panel.
- Press Alt + H to open the "Help" menu.
- Choose "Check for Updates...".
If you are unable to use the Internet Updater the map files are available manually from the links below:
- Map for SuperNova and Dolphin ScreenReader 22.x
- Map for SuperNova and Dolphin ScreenReader 21.x

- Press CTRL + SPACEBAR to open the SuperNova Control Panel
- Press ALT + F to open the “File” menu
- Choose "Import..."
- Choose "Map..."
