Change your SuperNova and Dolphin ScreenReader version 20.05 map file to prevent a crash when launching Microsoft Word with a German interface.
Download the Microsoft Word map file by clicking on this text. Once downloaded import the map file using the one of the following methods.
Method 1:
- Open the SuperNova or Dolphin ScreenReader control panel (LEFT CONTROL + SPACE BAR).
- Open the File menu (ALT + F).
- Open the Import sub Menu (I) then Map (M).
- Locate the 'Microsoft Word 2016.dtl' file downloaded via the Map file open dialog.
- Highlight the file and click the 'Open' button to import the file.
- A dialog will appear asking if you want to overwrite the existing map file, click on the 'Yes' button.
- Restart SuperNova to ensure that the map is applied.
Method 2:
Copy the "Microsoft Word 2016.dtl" file downloaded to your SuperNova Settings directory and then restart SuperNova. By default the SuperNova settings directory will be in your local user directory, the easiest way to find this folder is to:
- Open the Run window (WINDOWS Key + R).
- Type the following and then press ENTER:
- %localappdata%\dolphin
