Certain levels of zoom have been found to affect the True Fonts support
If you find that Truefonts is not working we recommend that you set the zoom level in your document or file to 100%. You can set the zoom level in your Office application to 100% by pressing the following key combination:
- Press ALT + V.
- Press Z.
- Press 1.
- Press ENTER.
