Unable to use the TeamViewer client to support a GuideConnect user.

When trying to support a user with GuideConnect 1.11 or earlier you are unable to connect to the users machine with the latest TeamViewer Client.

The remote module supplied with GuideConnect 1.11 and earlier is no longer supported by TeamViewer and connections are actively blocked between the TeamViewer client software and the remote module included in the product.

A supported remote module can be launched outside of GuideConnect from the following address https://yourdolphin.com/remote, however if the user wants to launch the remote module from within GuideConnect they will need to update to a newer release of GuideConnect.
