When trying to set up a Yahoo email account “GuideConnect you may receive an error “GuideConnect was unable to authorise your account with Google”.

When attempting to set up a Yahoo email account in GuideConnect, the above error message is displayed and the email account setup cannot be completed.

The issue has been fixed in the latest version of GuideConnect.

If you have a relevant Upgrade Agreement you will be able to update automatically by checking for updates within tools or by downloading the latest version from our downloads page.
