      When you attempt to connect to the Teacher’s PC using SuperNova’s Connect & View, users may experience freezing when elements move on the whiteboard.

      SuperNova's whiteboard display freezes when connected to the teachers whiteboard after updating to 24.01

      This is a known issue with SuperNova 24.01. In some cases, whenever a movement happens on the Whiteboard screen, the user viewing the Whiteboard may experience screen freezes. 

      There are 2 current workarounds to this issue:

      1. Replace the whiteboard.dll file that can be found in the following path
      C:\Program Files (x86)\Dolphin\SnovaSuiteXXXX\cameras with the updated whiteboard.dll that can be downloaded from the following locations:
      - https://downloads.yourdolphin.com/downloads/patches/whiteboard.dll

      - https://downloads.yourdolphin.com/downloads/patches/whiteboard.zip

      2. Roll back to SuperNova 23.04 using installers available on our downloads page below:

      We are investigating a long term fix for this issue in the release of our new Whiteboard assistant.
